I'm hearing reschedule for Friday evening

 

I'm sure. I just meant cancelled for tonight. I don't have the connections like you to know about reschedulings and such.

Looks like the best chance to get games in this week will be Saturday when it's suppose to be around 40. So hopefully teams can get games in on Saturday and some of this snow is gone.

I know Scott's Boys and Girls senior night has been moved to Friday. Girls at 6, Boys at 7:30 vs Cooper

Good luck with that. I'm not sure that there is a straight road in Pendleton County.

That's not what Chris Bailey of WKYT said last night. He said Saturday could see a mix of snow and sleet with temps around 32, then turning to all snow Sunday. That will be followed by another Arctic blast Monday.

 

Of course he uses several models and he could be wrong. Chris sometimes gets a little excited and gives only the worst case scenario.

I would imagine missing practice for multiple days is going to make some teams rusty.

 

It makes teams that are not private schools in Louisville rusty as they are not allowed to practice when school has been cancelled. Those rules do not apply to Catholic schools in Jefferson County...talk about unfair advantages! I'm curious how other schools in the state handle practice when schools are closed. I look forward to your feedback.

Yep. Heard from a very good source that Trinity had practice yesterday.

Brossart girls' senior night tonight is cancelled.

Already hearing reports that some schools have already cancelled classes for the week. I hate that for the schools that have not been able to honor their seniors to this point. Looks as if there will not be any makeups unless they play on Saturday.
