February 10, 201511 yr Who wants to still laugh at my Davis is the 3rd best player in the league last year... Well, he wasn't last year so many people still may want to laugh at you. He took an exponential step between his rookie and 2nd season, and another exponential step between his 2nd season and now his 3rd. Not a great leap to say he was on his way to stardom, but to say he was the third best player last year seems a bit premature. Davis was not on the first, second, or third team all NBA team nor on the first or second all defensive team. While a supreme talent, let's not make out like he was dominating the league last season like he is today.
