This is going to be a great match up of last years:

#2 ranked team (NKY) vs. #3 ranked team (NKY).

Man that is funny. We know the Camels were not anywhere near that don't we?

Let me type slower. You brought up past results. I said it wouldn't matter but IF you did want to use that then check out the results over the past decade.

You're welcome.

No reason to type slower but you can try to keep up. I brought up last year for one reason. The very kids that HHS will be counting on this year were playing in those games last year.

I have no problem saying HHS has been the class of NKY football for years. I just don't think the level of separation between other NKY teams has been as wide in the last few years as the Bluebird faithful like to let on.

Highlands has won 96.2% of the games against SK. I think that speaks volumes. But then I am not writing down a win; just planning on being there early and let it play out on the field.

Truthfully though, we never knew how wide the disparity was over the last few years with HHS and other NKY teams except for the schools in their district.

This year will actually be the first time since 2010(?) that I can think of that we will see how other NKY schools do against HHS. Cooper, SK and others will be playing them for the first time in years.

There will be 50 pages because HHS fans take everything so serious and get so upset about every comment very thin skinned. I could say a highlands player tripped walking down the street and we would end up with 50 pages on how bluebirds never trip they are the best walkers in the world and if we dont agree we are dumb and awful people. We know someone who loves to get them going and im sure will do so everyday leading up to this game lol.....Everything points to a big Birds win no reason to expect otherwise, but if the stars line up right and the football gods are looking down in the Pioneers who knows.

I'm not thin skinned but how dare you capitalize Pioneers and not capitalize Bluebirds! Sheesh!

You need to get your facts right. HHS has THE BEST TRIPPERS in NKY and better than 99 percent in the state. We practice it 3 days a week 3 hours a day in the offseason so we're ready come game time.

I wish this was the first game of the season! After SK beats Highlands we will here Highlands will use the injury excuse. Highlands has 100 kids over half of them don't touch the field. Highlands won't be able to stop Powell or Racke!

I believe Cooper has Highlands for the first game of the season. So if Cooper beats Highlands you won't have any bragging rights if SK beats HHS also. Cooper would have stole your thunder per say.

Spoken by the guy who perfected the art of excuses. Better start practicing them, you've got over 7 months.

Cooper has never ever beat SK! Cooper won't beat Highlands either. Cooper moves to 6A but looks like a 2A team.

I don't make excuses!
