Two different games... Onceuponatime was referring to the Highlands at Holy Cross game which was played on Saturday, January 24 at 5:30pm...final was Holy Cross 40 Highlands 39 (2OT).

As I look at these ranking which doesn't really mean much to me but I am puzzled how both Boone and Scott are ranked over Newport Catholic. If I remember correctly Newport Catholic beat them both or am I missing something.

I would agree as Ryle has beat Boone twice and Scott.. Do think the top 3 is more accurate.

I do think Ryle and NCC have earned those spots at 4 and 5 for now.

Ok. I'm assuming you misread the polls. How far do you drop highlands with the two recent losses?

Scott has lost to Boone, Ryle and New Cath so they are ranked too high ... riding on the upset win over SK I would guess.

 

Boone has lost two times to Ryle so Ryle has to be ranked higher than Boone.

 

New Cath has wins over Scott, Boone and Ryle. Put them at #5 behind SK.

 

Notre Dame has lost to Dixie and regardless of what you think of them, they should not be in the top 10 based on record.
