January 7, 201511 yr Plain and simple. Jameis has every single thing you are looking for in a franchise QB. His on the field play speaks for itself. You want him as your QB of the future. Problem is his off the field issue. Do you really want the face of your franchise/organization to be stealing crab legs?

January 7, 201511 yr I'd probably compare Winston to Leftwich or Roethlisberger before I compared him to VY or Geno. I think Leftwich is the closest compairison. Except he will be better.

The youngest roster in the NFL, the pieces are there, they just have to have some one develope all that talent. Tinhorns's have to pray that Mallet is the answer. If not they will be in purgatory for a while. JJ Watt will win them enough games so they don't have a solid QB to draft. Which I am OK with. Tacks, I have no idea in the world what they are going to do. The front office says they believe in Mettenberger which could possibly set them back even further. Goodness I hate the Colts. Why should a franchise with such an awful front office get to go from Manning to Luck?

How many teams will pass on him because of his issues? If not for those he's probably the #1 overall selection.

I would say he had a lot more question marks with with respect to his game. Winston has dropped more so because of his idiotness of the field. Though his season was not nearly as impressive as last.

Yes, and that's why I brought VY into the mix earlier. My comparison is mostly from the mental make up and lack of maturity. As I said, hopefully Jameis doesn't make those mistakes that VY did... It's a maturity thing and I think he lacks it as much if not more than VY did.
