Well, you see we live in Kentucky and Purdue is in a state that borders Kent................... Never mind, I got noth'in.

He may have been pulled but Lone Oak was doing all they could to get him in the record books his Senior season. If they were up 40 points in the first half and on the 1 yard line, they were throwing the ball to get another passing TD. Not hating on it, btw.

 

This is very accurate. I saw several Lone Oak games that year that he WAS NOT pulled when up big.

They don't release it (Mr. Football votes or All-State).

 

It would be nice if they did, but even the voters themselves don't know what the final tallies were.

Bottom line. If Sindelar doesn't get Mr. Football, he goes on social media and sends congrats to whomever did because as I understand it from Caldwell folks, that's the kind of kid he is and his folks should be proud of not only the football player but the young man.

 

The responses from other candidates that did not get it, underscores exactly why the shouldn't have gotten it and didn't deserve it.
