I don't see what the big deal is if it was a cell phone. OJ was probably warned on more than one occasion, maybe the principal did the unthinkable and let OJ know he is not above the rules.

Let me throw out another rumor strictly 2nd hand stuff. I heard he was suspended for attending Coach Huggins press conference at K. State

The most plausible one I have heard is that Huggins paid a visit to NCH earlier this week and was telling Mayo and Mahaffey that he was going to take the KSU job.

Mayo left campus without permission and has done this in the past, evidently.

Looks like OJ eclipsed the 2,000 point mark, can he make a run at J Burson's 2,900+? At 33pts/game he'll hit the 2,900 mark after 27 games, should be close.
