December 4, 201411 yr Author They're a subsidiary of Benelli. Made in South America. The brand has always been pushed as a sort of a value-buy, buy more for less...but they have somewhat of a reputation for being plain cheap. I've never shot one, but I have a friend who bought their side-by-side Uplander, and he said that the gun would often give him fits when he would try to re-lock the breech...it wouldn't catch. The ejector rarely worked as well. He sold the gun for less than half the buying price within a couple of years. Sounds something to stay away from. If they can't get a side by side right I'm taking a chance on an auto loader

December 16, 201411 yr Any reloaders out there? The reason I ask is that I could have (I did not) bought three 5-gallon buckets of spent shells at an auction Saturday night for a dollar.

A competitive shooter I know reloads. He was the guy I mentioned on another thread who owns a Kreighoff (however you spell it).
January 22, 201511 yr Anyone ever heard of CZ firearms? I never had, but came across this article talking about an over-under they sell with a $583 MSRP. I'm not in the market, but the price-point just made me curious if anyone has ever bought one. Beretta 687 Silver Pigeon V vs. CZ Mallard - Gear Patrol

It's ok. I also have a Browning Cynergy Featherweight. It's like the difference in a Mercedes 500 and a Fiat 500.
