As for why this thread becomes so popular and continues all I can say is don't shoot the messenger...just doing our part keeping the big guy in the know

I don't understand why people who question why this was made a thread, and claim to not care, are commenting the most. If you don't care then don't respond to the thread. It seems like a pretty simple concept.

But, I guess if you don't have a team playing this weekend you have to fill your time somehow.

FYI, I sent an email to Coach Chris Merritt yesterday wishing him and his team luck this week and telling him I am a HHS fan and enjoyed watching him and his team when they played HHS. He sent me an email back within an hour thanking me and saying his grass was 2 ft high right now because he has been so busy getting ready - doesn't have time to cut it and in his words, he "couldn't care less".

 

I am very impressed with Coach Merritt!
