To our attorney's, in the case of a civil trial can the transcripts of the grand jury be released?

Nobody is leading anything. You need to settle down Rocket. You are taking this a little too personally to be quite honest. I am not saying the cop should have been indicted I am only saying that a respected attorney who is obviously much smarter than you or me and has been involved in dealing with Grand Juries has stated they did it ALL WRONG. You obviously cant deal with that.

Did the post-incident blood and urine testing cover this? Medical report also noted he had traces of Xanax in his system. More information also needed here. According to information released by sheriff, doc said amount found was insignificant and "consistent with Deputy Brockman's prescribed regimen of 1 mg alprazolam (Xanax) as needed for sleep." But drug is also used for anxiety and panic disorders.

It might if my job was to protect the public and I suspected they could be a danger based on their actions. I really don't have the courage to be a police officer, fireman or military. Thank God there are others much braver and talented than I am.

So now the Dr. is a liar? Yes, it can be used for anxiety. The Dr. said it was used for sleep. In the 1 mg dose, that's about all it's good for.
