have seen how great, yes insaid great and not good, Hoge could have been if he started multiple years. I truly think he could have been the best since Lorenzen or maybe even better IMO.

 

Its td truly the Higlands curse that they have so many very good players that we only get to see some for 1 yr.

 

I agree. He gets better every time I see him play...and I would add even seeing him this year with the addition of Feggins that left...Potential D1 receiver they had!

I don't know how healthy CCH is getting nor can I tell how good JC is given their schedule.

There have been times this year when the HHS offense just took my breath away with how quickly and efficiently they would move the ball. I admit to being surprised with it given all the new names, particularly on the O-line.

None of those teams are beating Highlands. Two would have to di it in Ft Thomas.

 

No one was going to beat Highlands last year either, oh but it happened. It happened because Highlands, Trinity, BG, Mayfield etc. will always have great teams, but sometimes, only sometimes mind you, one of the other teams in Kentucky get a great group of kids that do not scare so easily and figure they put their pads on just like our elite teams. When these teams do it is special, when the elite teams win it all, its expected, if they don't they are deemed failures. We will see how it goes the next few years with BG and Highlands battling in 5A. Trinity has already learned that ST. X, Male, Collins Scott Co. etc. don't scare so easy. Highlands will finally play up in division and BG will not back down from them. Mayfield may find getting out of 1A may change things for them a bit as well.
