Sorry, but If I am reading this correctly, it does not prove anything other than he did not sign the items in a public place. Otherwise, the jury is still out. I personally believe Jameis Winston is a superbly talented idiot with major character flaws.

I know. As DF said people will believe what they want. Show me proof that he not only signed the autographs but that he got paid for it as well and we can indict him on it. Until then you have your speculation and I have mine. Illegitimate autographs tells me all I need to know. If he said he would sign the autographs but not in front of them please tell me how he got paid for it?

Do you have any idea how anyone would prove something did not occur that wasn't tied to a specific time? It's one thing to say where were you last night at 6:00 PM, another to say account for your whereabouts for the entirety of the time you might have signed things (in other words any moment of any day ever). Which is why you have to prove it did occur, not the other way around.

The public perception of Jameis Winston's is a byproduct of the actions of Jameis Winston. There is no one else to blame.

Because he was considered guilty before innocent when no one had any proof of any wrong doing on his part. Now it comes out that the autographs aren't even legit. False accusations.

Technically no. One company says no one saw him sign them and they wouldn't authenticate the items. Another company said screw it and sold them instead.
