Voter ID Laws Blocked/Struck Down

Featured Replies

In 2014 IDs and fraud are old school. Don't you guys watch Scandal? Voter fraud will be done electronically. Voter fraud done with IDs means they have corrupt tellers or stupid inept tellers at the voting booths.

Well, they do let me work the polls after all.:wacky:

Its still done all sorts of ways. I like the woman from Ohio whose daughter 'forgot' she voted absentee and showed and voted in person as well. Or the boarders who lived with the woman who had their vote cast for them by her. There still lots of on the ground fraud. Its how they get over 100% registered voters voting and 100% of the over 100% all going to one candidate - especially in battleground states.

I remember the statement that the Obama campaign 'left their election machinery in place' between 2008 and 2012. 4 years of working on working the system and figuring out how to 'optimize' results.

Early voting is a fraud machine either happening or waiting to happen. Electronic votes sitting around for days at the mercy of hackers or rogue code from off-shore companies. What a concept.

Internet voting will be when it will just fraud vs fraud. All electronic, all over the web, no hackers or issues there!

It would take an organzied effort of thousands of people to use voter ID fraud that would make a difference in the outcome of the election. Much easier to do it electronically.

I thought Hispanics were republicans?

I think they are conservative but vote Democrat for what ever sense that makes :lol2:

I also find it hard to believe that only one side would engage in fraud. If fraud is as real as you guys seem to believe it is then one side is better at it than the other. No wayonly one side participates in fraud. That doesn't make sense.

I can't disagree with you. I think the majority of voter fraud is on local not national elections also.

It would seem as if both sides would want as open and honest elections as possible due to that.

One side seems to subscribe more to the saying - "There is only the fight." at a national level. Especially the current and like future Presidential candidates for that side.

I have some acquaintances from Clay and Breathitt counties that have told some crazy stories about what they and others have done in past elections. One of the guys telling me some of the most outrageous stories has a brother that was an elected official in his county. His brother is/was in prison for vote buying.

If it ever came to this, I might just quit voting as the process in my eyes will have been completely compromised.

Personally I am one who thinks it should take a little effort to go vote, not just roll out of bed, fire up the computer, and throw out a vote on line that might be completely unsecure.

Based on what everyone is saying now the process is already compromised.

When you get your drivers licence in Florida, you are registered to vote. You have to show your voter registration card and driver's license to cast a ballot. At least I do.

Supreme Court rules TX can proceed with new ID requirements.

Supreme Court rules TX can proceed with new ID requirements.

I think this is the correct decision.

Supreme Court rules TX can proceed with new ID requirements.

By law it was correct to allow this to be voted on. Regardless if you agree with it or not.
