They would be getting beat by d-2 teams if they weren't. This is still a 4-8 team. With your college football knowledge, you should realize that the rest of UKs schedule isn't nearly as difficult as it looked in the preseason. Missouri lost to Indiana who just got beat convincingly by Maryland. They can't score on a South Carolina team that can't stop anyone. Louisville's offense isn't very good. Georgia and South Carolina don't look nearly as good as most people thought they would be. I'm not sure they will face more than one quarterback who will be better than Towles. The Cats have players who are capable of making big plays. With a solid defense and opponents who don't have elite offenses, one or two big plays could be all it takes to pick up a win.

This year if say mediocre which puts UK to be on a path to good in the next two years. Is say there is a frat chance they can win 6-7 games after what I've seen from the East this year.

September 28, 201411 yr UK played their worst offensive game of the year- And still came away with an SEC win I'll take that as an improvement I believe Towles performance was an anomaly and we will see a typical good performance next week.
