uk#1fan Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Congrats to the Juggs on the win and improving to 4-0. Looking forward to next weeks litmus test against NCC. :thumb: Lloyd is ready for them!
fan4nascar Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Juggs are on a roll...congrats to the program. Northern KY high school football seems to be better when Lloyd and Boone Co are relevant. I think this is the year that Lloyd get NewCath.
fbfan Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Lloyd is a very good football team in all phases of the game. The NCC game should be a close one.
plantmanky Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Lloyd is a very good football team in all phases of the game. The NCC game should be a close one. I said before the season Lloyd beats NCC this year, I was laughed at (nothing new for me). Should be a good game, NCC will be doing everything to not lose the game, while Lloyd will be doing everything to win it, which they will, by 2 td's.
UK fball fan Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Should Lloyd be in the 2a Top 10? Not sure who they've beaten.
BigRed32 Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 They've played 4 teams with a combined record of 4-14.... They've played nobody... So no, they shouldn't be a top 10 team
hrcarrier Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Juggs are on a roll...congrats to the program. Northern KY high school football seems to be better when Lloyd and Boone Co are relevant. I think this is the year that Lloyd get NewCath. I'm on the fence with them and the Breds still. Last season, I thought Lloyd may get them. With saying that, I believe their chances are better this year. Either way, I think it will be close for whoever wins. I'm really wanting to see this one and would be the game to attend if Cov Cath and Highlands wasn't playing. Still may change my mind though.
Voice of Reason Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Should Lloyd be in the 2a Top 10? Not sure who they've beaten. 2A has a lot of teams with good records against bad schedules. I am not sure Lloyd is even in the top 15. Next week vs. NCC is a very interesting game. Undefeated vs. unvictorius. Let's call it the Schedule Bowl. I lean towards NCC getting their first win and givng the Juggs their first loss.
sportsfan2012 Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Who has Llyod played that has them in the top 15? SK, CC, Dixie and Cooper would have wiped the floor with them the same way they did NCC. I will take NCC by 2 TDS!
frankdracman23 Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Well all we know is that Lloyd can beat dreadful teams easily and that NCC can lose by a lot to good teams. What we don't know is if Lloyd would lose to good teams and if NCC would beat dreadful teams. It is unusual to be so far into the season and have two district teams play such a different schedule.......usually there is one game where you can kind of compare them but not this year. So should be very interesting next Friday
DRKARK Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 Yeah I can't wait for this game it's going to be very interesting to see where Lloyd stands. My opinion I think they can beat NCC but it will not be easy
Lawnboy13 Posted September 21, 2014 Posted September 21, 2014 Lloyd just might surprise some people.. That is the key word. Juggs might be 4-0, but they've played 4 teams with a combined record of 4-14, while the Breds have played one 5A & three 6A teams with a combined 15-4 record. We shall see.
