September 2, 201412 yr To be honest neither team looks good. Miami looks terrible' date=' for Miami's standards. The only thing I have seen out of UL that looks promising is their defense. They are undersized, but very quick.[/quote'] UL D looks very good, I think the O will be solid they are missing their top WR and a RB. Gardner will be a solid game manager it appears.

September 2, 201412 yr He's out for 6-8 weeks though isn't he? The WR (Parker) is out 6-8 weeks, but the RB (Dyer) is not.
September 2, 201412 yr The WR (Parker) is out 6-8 weeks, but the RB (Dyer) is not. The rb doesn't get many snaps though does he? If Miami's qb wasn't straight out of high school I'd imagine Louisville would be in trouble tonight.

September 2, 201412 yr That was a home cooked ineligible man down field call, that Miami will say cost them the game.
September 2, 201412 yr That was a home cooked ineligible man down field call, that Miami will say cost them the game. 63 was clearly beyond the line of scrimmage before the ball was thrown. He saw DJ and followed him. He knew he made a mistake, too. You could tell in how he pulled up.
September 2, 201412 yr Not sure about the number of snaps, but I was thinking UL would lean pretty heavily on Dyer. Miami offense has been woeful. I know Dyer is decent, but with Brown I don't see him getting.much pt. And yes, Miami's offense and defence has been bad.. They are young. I would be surprised if Miami makes a bowl game this year.
September 2, 201412 yr 63 was clearly beyond the line of scrimmage before the ball was thrown. He saw DJ and followed and he knew he made a mistake. You could tell in how he pulled up. He was maybe 3-4.5 yards down field after the ball was thrown. I am sure Miami fans will talk about it.
September 2, 201412 yr He was maybe 3-4.5 yards down field after the ball was thrown. I am sure Miami fans will talk about it. It looked to be almost exactly 4 yards. They said something about the rule being within 3 yards of the line of scrimmage, but in reality, it's a penalty the second he crosses the line. Something like 3 yards is basically a buffer they'd be giving. In either case, he was beyond it. He made a huge mistake, and it happens. It was just a bad decision at the exact wrong point, but 100% the right call.
September 2, 201412 yr Miami fans can't be happy right now. Al Golden on the hot seat??? I've got a pal who went to see his first Miami game ever. He expected a beatdown. I am certain he will be, shall we say, less than pleased.
