Walton by at least 2 touchdowns. Bearcats will run often, shorten the game and will difficult to stop.

Newport is up from last years addition. They have speed and size. Walton will have to play their best game so far to win this one.

I watched Newport scrimmage and was impressed with their size and athleticism. Walton on the other hand has a great coaching staff so it should be a good one.

I think that is a wise choice. Hard to tell how good Walton is yet because Bellevue is going to struggle early on replacing a large Senior class so jury still out. Newport is improved but by how much? Depth is still going to be an issue but this should be a close game. I guess I will take WV but it might come down to special teams.

Walton faced #74 last year against Holmes and he played well. Walton has a very veteran line this year and is loaded in the backfield. I look for this to be a good game.

Good test for both teams. I believe this game could show more of what to expect from both as the season continues. IMO, Newport has made a lot of improvement; still think Walton is better. Should be close either way.

Toss up game for me. Walton is very disciplined, so I look for them to pull this one out, but Newport has some studs this year so it could go either way
