No such thing. "Heat Lighting" is just Lighting so far away it looks like flashes of light.

It's depends on the formation. If they feel they have an edge they will go for 2

I don't mind going for two early to get up 8 but why not kick the xtra point after that to keep the one point advantage? SK gave up 2 easy points being greedy.
