August 20, 201412 yr Author Although The Closer is not a show that many would consider a comedy, there are several episodes that I found absolutely hilarious. The funniest episodes feature G. W. Bailey (as Lt. Louie Provenza, who also played Lt. Harris in Police Academy) and Tony Denison (as Provenza's partner, Lt. Andy Flynn). Here are clips from two of my favorite episodes:
