Though some (I don't know the percentage) send some money out of the county (I don't know how much), they also buy food and essentials in the US. Some are kids who have no memory of any country rather than the US. Surely if we are pro-life, we care about and want to help these kids? Oh...and the vast number of them are Christians. Doesn't that matter, mnt ref? Don't matter to me, they need to be a witness in their country too.

We have plenty of people on unemployment who could be put into the workforce, the problem is the training that would be involved and the turnover that would be created as they found jobs back into their chosen field. He didn't create the system but it's true welfare would have to change to entice people to take over the jobs, as would the unemployment system.

I have trouble calling a three year old a criminal. I have trouble calling a 20 year old who has been in the US for 18 years a criminal. To me, they are people, not illegals and not criminals.

Anyone over the age of 18 that wasn't born here, you get a set period of time to go through the process of being here legally. If you don't do it, you get sent packing until you're able to.

Illegals aren't law abiding. Seems a lot of people aren't grasping that part of it.

I could certainly be in favor of this. That is essentially what Dream Act legislation has tried to do.

July 31, 201412 yr Author You have no idea what I do and have done to help these people. I certainly do not have to defend myself. Explain your compassion toward any of these people's plight, because I don't see it. Most of these people don't have their hand out. The ones I have known work 6-7 days a week. Likewise, I don't need to explain to you what I do to help these folks out. Bottomline: we can't afford it.
