Can a team go to a college and do a team camp in full pads while still being coached by their own coaches?

Does being at a college campus make it legal?

Can the coach still coach his own team?

There are a few teams at Georgetown College having a dull pad team camp being coached by their coaches, is this legal?

How about going to camps that are padded as an individual camper w/o a coach from his program? Is that permissible?

Yes

My understanding is, if the players are at a "Camp" at another venue with "Other Campers", they can practice in pads. I have always understood the coaching situation to be their coaches were "On staff for the camp" and therefor allowed to coach all players at the camp.

If that's the case it's a silly loophole that needs to be closed.
