Congrats Eagles. As a 2008 alumni who played in the 10th Region Championship that year against Brandon Martin and Harrison County and lost, I can only imagine the thrill you all feel now winning it all. Great year Eagles and wish you good luck in state. No matter what happens from here you have made everyone proud. Great year boys. Let's keep riding this train as far is it will take us.

Couldn't be happier for you, while I have a soft spot in my heart for Bourbon County who was the best team in the region until the final game.

Congrats to the Colonels on an outstanding season. Once the hurt and emptiness subsides, may there be many fond memories of the 2014 season.

Why did Bourbon not start Pope? He throws mid to upper 80's. By the time he finally got in the game, the game was over!

 

For the couple of batters Pope faced, I didn't see mid to upper 80's. Wheeler battled, but I think BC stuck with him way too long. No way I would have let him face Castleman with nobody out, runners on 2nd and 3rd down a run after throwing well over 100 pitches.

I tell you what, Scott's bench forsure brought it tonight. They were hilarious to watch.

Awesome!!! Congrats coach Trame and Staff. This one goes out to all the Eagles and Josh Castleman. " Uh oh whats that coming ITS A SHARK !!!!!!!!. It takes a team to win any kind of championship. They have had a all guys contribute throughout the post season. Their bench has been fantastic and while they dont have anyone burning the mit up at 85 MPH they just hang in believe and do their jobs. State time see ya Monday night
