I'm pretty sure their is some trouble with him and a member of the coaching staff. I'll just leave it at that.

That could be a big lose to the team, Nethercutt could have played some D-End this season.

Hopefully Nethercutt will be on the field for us next year. He has tons of potential.

Absolutely.

I agree.

How are Dixon,Castle & Renfroe doing in the weight room?

Cordell Earl got 245 on cleans.

Jeremy Nethercutt got 275 up on bench.

Thank you TC44. Theses are impressive numbers. I didn'nt mean to leave them (or anyone) out - I just didn't know.

Are there any other players that are getting it done in the weight room? I think this is a good place to give them all recognition.

Regarding Jeremy Nethercutt, I agree that he has a LOT of potential. I hope that he gets his issues dealt with and continues to play football. The team will be better with him - and he will miss out on a lot if he sits out.

I hear that there are a couple of new guys that have recently enrolled at Blazer - anybody know anything about this? I heard they look like football players.

I hear their is one guy, from WV that is a D-end. Looks like a player.:thumb:

I belive the other one is from Lexington?

Yes, you are correct. I believe both are freshmen, but one may be a sophmore. Hopefully we will get a look at practice next week. Its so great to be talking football again!!

I heard that the one described as looking like a DE can also dunk a basketball. I heard that he put on a dunk-fest demonstration at the YMCA recently. If this is the same guy, maybe he can help our basketball team next year too.

But, of course, his possible contributions to football are more important. :D
