I don't know the answer. What he said was disgusting and has no place in society and even more so in a business where your top employees you apparently have a racial prejudice towards . But is this situation different than those listed because it was a private conversation or recording ?

Kind of like John Wall on the bench last night telling his teammates to....uh....play some defense. Matt Barnes was on twitter and he deleted it but it was still captured and shared by the masses. Sterling should be held accountable but I'll be shocked if he is.
