April 21, 201412 yr Had this same pitching staff last season, how'd that workout? OOOPPPSssss. Broxton is a fat slob who should have never been signed in the first place, and you better hope the Reds have at least a 3 run lead when he comes into the game, and Latos might not be back this season, hearing his injury is a little more serious then the Reds are letting on. it's early. OK. You're right, they suck. I would suggest you get on the Milwaukee bandwagon while seats are still available.
April 21, 201412 yr I've seen enough (and so have others on here) to know he is not an everyday player. Oh, and btw Ludwick is doing better this year than Heisey so far.. Ah, NO! Heisey has better stats in everything so far this season, are you related to duddy Wig or something, no to mention he's a way better defender in the outfield.
April 21, 201412 yr While I agree, and am on the record saying as much, you have to wonder if Ludwick tanks, if they'll do just that. What other option do they have? They don't have any other option. Ludwick is hitting .300 right now and we have people calling for Heisey already. Wait until he starts doing bad at least.
April 21, 201412 yr Ah, NO! Heisey has better stats in everything so far this season, are you related to duddy Wig or something, no to mention he's a way better defender in the outfield. Actually Ludwick is better across the board so far. More hits, HRs, RBIs. Way better is a stretch, Heisey is an average OFer defensively.
April 21, 201412 yr Ah, NO! Heisey has better stats in everything so far this season, are you related to duddy Wig or something, no to mention he's a way better defender in the outfield. In what world? Heisey: .294 avg., .333 OBP, 1 HR, 5 RBI Ludwick: .306 avg., .352 OBP, 2 HR, 7 RBI Did they change the object of the game to be like golf (less is more), and just not tell us?
April 21, 201412 yr This would be my everyday lineup once everyone is healthy on this team. 1. 3b Shoemacker 2. 1b Votto 3. RF Bruce 4. C Mesoraco 5. 2b Phillips 6. LF Heisey 7. SS Cozart 8. CF Hamilton 9. P unless it's Leake, then he bats 8th, and Hamilton 9th I wish the Reds would cut bait with both Ludwig and Frazier, I realize Ludwig won't be back next year, which is a good thing, but Frazier is a 17-20 Hr guy with 63-67 RBI's and will hit .225-.235 you have got to find someone better, to play 3rd. I know Frazier still has a ways to go...but, given your lineup...where in the heck are the Reds going to make up the 65 RBI's that he brings to the table? I mean, you've got Schumaker leading off...so he's going to possibly have rely on Cozart, Hamilton or the pitcher to get on, for him to drive someone in...so, I don't see it happening there. Which means, not only are you counting on Heisey to drive in more than Ludwick, you're going to have to count on him to make up the difference with the absence of Frazier's RBI's.

Nope but you must be Heisey's wife because the numbers speak for them self. .306 > .294 .352 > .333 2 > 1 7> 5
April 21, 201412 yr OK. You're right, they suck. I would suggest you get on the Milwaukee bandwagon while seats are still available. No, I'm just no a believer in this team it's been going on 5 years now, with still no playoff serious wins, guessing you're a Bengals fan as well, just getting there is good enough, pathetic.

Oh so you are a bandwagon type.
April 21, 201412 yr How about instead of complaining about Ludwick playing everyday, we look at it from a team standpoint and see that he and Heisey are a combined .301 avg, 3 HR, 12 RBI, and on pace for a season of 27 HRs (18 Ludwick, 9 Heisey) and 108 RBI (63 Ludwick, 45 Heisey)...If they do that for the entire year, this team is going to be in very good shape with the pitching they have.
April 21, 201412 yr Comparing stats after 15 games is stupid to begin with, but if you are going to do it have your facts straight.
April 21, 201412 yr Nope but you must be Heisey's wife because the numbers speak for them self. .306 > .294 .352 > .333 2 > 1 7> 5 Ludwig 16 K's Heisey 6 ZK's Ludwig 49 ab's Heisey 34 ab's Heisey has more doubles, and stolen bases too, and is a WAY better defender then Ludwig, CHECKMATE!

Yep, I'm a huge Bengal fan. " WHO-DUMB " Spindoc dats who. Just don't finish last and you're OK with it, like I said, PATHETIC!
