Dad kills teen in daughters bedroom

Featured Replies

Right, and he's not there, and what did it accomplish? It didn't stop him from doing the behavior you were trying to prevent.

But I tried and that is all a parent can do. But he may be at a friends house, but he aint 5 hours away in N.O. either doing whatever either.

Daughter 70% at fault, if she yell's "Daddy Don't Shoot he's my boyfriend" instead of saying that she doesn't know him this doesn't happen IMO

Victim 15% 1. sneaking into anyplace your not supposed to be is never a good idea, 2. man with a gun tells you not to move, you don't move

Dad 10% Could have slowed his roll a little, but it is hard to put much on him based on what he was told by his daughter and the actions of the boy

Victim's Parents 5% KNOW WHAT YOUR 17 YEAR OLD IS UP TO!

Pretty close to right.

This is absurd. The guy that pulled the trigger is clearly more responsible than anyone else.

The victim didn't sneak anywhere. She invited him in.

So the dad dont pull the trigger and has a slow reaction giving the perp a chance to explain.

Lets say the perp was a real perp and pulls out gun as he is trying to explain, kills the dad, kills the son, rapes the daughter, kills her, rapes and kills mom.

We can play X and O all day.

You can't shoot and kill someone because you think someone is in danger, then after the fact you find out there was no danger, and not be held responsible.

But he wasn't. He was a teenage kid, having consensual sex with another teenager. There was no crime committed.

If I think my family is in danger in that situation I will shoot them and take consequences later.

And the dad knew that how at 230am when the daughter is saying she dont know this guy. Could have been a rapist holding her mouth shut.

So if I decide to take a walk tonight and see a guy that I think is scary looking walking towards me, I would be justified in shooting him dead because I thought he was going to attack me, regardless of the fact that the guy was just walking home? I mean, what if he was a real perp and would've shot me dead, then went to my house and killed my family?

See how ridiculous that sounds?

WOW, you trying to turn it around is funny. Stick to the kid being in the bedroom at 230am in your house with your daughter saying she dont know him.

Like I said we can play X and Os all day.

More responsible than the girl that said to her dad she didn't know who he was? If the girl tells the truth he's in all likelihood alive today.

Just because the daughter invited/helped him in doesn't mean he didn't sneak in, it's not like he came in through the living room while the dad was watching TV. The adults had no idea he was in the house, so yes he did sneak in, doesn't matter if daughter helped or not.

Right, that's his side of how it went down. He made sure we'll never know the victim's side.

That's and Absurd comparison

Pure conjecture on your part. For all we know he came in and opened fire, then told her she needed to tell the cops that she didn't know him.
