Scott has a similar schedule to last season where do you think they add up in their district?

I hope they continue to build on last season and we don't talk about their schedule until they are ready to compete at a high level in all categories (frosh, jv and varsity). BTW, they are doing a really good job at the youth levels which will be great for the future of Scott- something that has been missed for years.

August 15 (Scrimmage) @ Lou. Jeffersontown 7:30 A

August 22 @ West Jessamine vs. East Jessamine TBA A

August 29 @ Holmes 7:00 A

September 5 @ Aiken 7:30 A

September 12 vs. Newport 7:00 H

September 19 vs. Holy Cross 7:00 H

September 26 @ Cooper 7:30 A

October 3 BYE

October 10 vs. Grant Co. 7:30 H

October 17 @ South Oldham 7:30 A

October 24 vs. Conner 7:30 H

October 31 vs. Mason Co. 7:30 H

Looking forward to seeing this team play without Castleman...hope they can maintain the momentum from last season.

Scott has a relatively soft schedule. I could see them winning 6 games at the minimum.

Which 6? Just curious as this team was hit hard with graduating seniors and without Castleman and Crimm they have some big holes to fill IMO.

With everything Scott lost from last year, i only see 4 wins this season, Aiken, Newport, Holy Cross, and Grant County, JMO. Best of luck to Scott. Best case, might beat either Connor, or Cooper, that would be 5 wins.

This team may surprise you. Lots of good athletes, and Roberto London will fill Castleman's role nicely. He's fast and will likely be bigger than Castleman. They won't have the size up front, but last years team was very big. There won't be many seniors but the one's they have are smart. 5 to 6 wins are doable, as this district looks to be down quite a bit from last year. This team will continue to improve and could start on a run of some very good years with the move down to 4a in 2015

I don't think they beat Holmes, Connor, or Cooper this year, maybe, just maybe Cooper. 5 wins at best. JMO.

Not sure if nicely will get it done ! pound for pound he (Castleman) might have been one of the best running backs in Northern Kentucky. London may be bigger and not sure on that but what few games i saw Castleman punished defenders. I do believe London will be good just not sure he can fill the shoes of the Castleman kid, i believe he is good on his feet but losing the linemen they lost you may need Castleman back more than you think.

Not saying they won't miss Castleman. His motor, talent and leadership will be hard to replace. And while they are graduating a lot of lineman, 1

solid starter returns, and some very good guys, while not as well known or big (although they will have decent size) return. I'm not predicting a deep playoff run, or even a district title. Just saying, they will be better than you expect. Numbers also seem to be very good as 40-50 kids are consistently hitting the weights this offseason, and almost all of the key returning guys.

They will be competitive. London can flat at run the ball and is strong as a ox. Crim graduated and his cousin is coming in right behind him. The Pleasant boys are developing quite nicely. They have a couple of kids that have moved over here from Cincinnati. The fun thing about this group is they all hang out together outside of school and football and they are hungry for success and to prove last year was not a fluke. . I think with the freshman group coming in the next few years will be a lot fun in Taylor Mill.

What kind of offense/defense are they running next year? Any returning studs?

Who is going to be the quarter back?
