So that's three regions for Hicks right? - 13th (?), 8th and 11th...

Jeff Jackson- Marshall County?, University Heights, and Lincoln County

With an assist from the KHSAA and LexCath?

I said the same thing....

Jeff Jackson- Marshall County?, University Heights, and Lincoln County

Jeff didn't make it at Marshall County. Was only there two years; went 19-9 & 14-12 in 1990 & 1991; and didn't get out of the district either time.

Kirk Chiles: Somerset 1985

Marshall County 1995

Lexington Henry Clay 2003 and 2005

When Coach Chiles retired after the 2005 season, Mike Fields wrote that he was one of seven coaches who had gone to state in three different regions.

Did Riley ever make it out of the 5th when he was at Caverna? Obviously his tenure at Warren Central goes without saying, but I can't remember if he ever won the 5th while at Caverna (thinking he didn't, but was runner up in 96).

Jason played for Ron Bevars at North Hardin.

Yep. Was on the '91 5th Region Champ team I believe.

Curtis Turley: Warren Central '82 and '83...and Henderson County, 1990.

Daviess County as well

Runner-Up I believe was his best finish there.

You got it: region runner-up in 1996...to North Hardin.

Mark Starns is taking Fleming County for the second straight year in the 16th region. He also took Johnson Central in 2006 in the 15th region.

Tom Creamer took Maysville in the 10th in 1972 and 1973. Later took Shelby County in 1976, 77, 78, 81 and 82.

Way back on this one.

Earle D. Jones took Kavanaugh in the 5th in 1930 and 1931.

Later took Maysville in 1937, 38, 41, 45, 46, 47, 48 and 50.
