Surprised?

Not at all and I eat Chinese several times a week. And will continue doing so :lol2:

I worked in a restaurant for almost 4 years, and I can say they will take off points for the smallest things. But you always get an opportunity (usually a week or so) to fix it before you are stuck with that grade for a year.

I worked at Shoney's for 4-5 years in college. I'll say this, had I self-reported the violations I witnessed...wow.

Whew. Just scanned the list for Cains Chicken. Relieved it's not there.

Guess I'm nasty because some of those places are among my favorites.

Same here.

Not on the list:

I just noticed the Bowling sign on the building. Where would that be? In the basement?

Do you mind sharing where you worked?

I spent a summer working at Wendy's in Alexandria & the management at the time was diligent in making sure things were spick & span.

I'm in Lexington some, but I don't eat there much. I scanned the list for Dunkin Donuts & was glad I didn't find it.

I've eaten at the Lee's, both the Rally's, and both the Sir Pizza's. Not too surprised about the Sir Pizza's. Can be good pizza, but the place is a little "dirty" looking.

Absolutely. :lol2:

Beef O'Brady's here in Louisville. We never had less than a 95%, but they would take off if the sanitizer water wasn't EXACTLY the right temperature, if the expo station wasn't EXACTLY the right temperature, if the wash sinks didn't have enough water in them, etc... Lots of small things can hurt a restaurant that aren't directly related to the food.
