February 22, 201412 yr I have worked at and know of a lot of people, who work at food places. The stories I have posted or have told on many occasions have made people never want to eat out again. Rule of thumb when it comes to eating out U R Eating dirt just how much depends on where you are eating.

February 22, 201412 yr I had to be Serv-Safe certified several years ago, and there is a lot of little stuff that you can get in trouble for like Deuce said. I've seen videos that would turn your stomach that were taken at restaurants, seems as if they always showed those right before lunch. Here is a Tip: If your favorite restaurant suddenly closes for "Remodeling" or "New Equipment Installation" they are more than likely having a rodent issue with droppings or roaches found in, on or around the food.
