NEERFAN Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I'm terrible at picking a place to eat. We are going out on Saturday night and I'm curious to know where you would take your significant other. I know my wife has always hinted about going to "Boquet" in Covington and they have some good reviews. Let me hear your recommendations.
lawildcat Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I would suggest if that's where she has hinted she wants to go, you better be calling for reservations right now! :thumb:

It has been my experience that when mama's not happy, nobody's happy.
nkypete Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I'm guessing Taco Bell won't have a big line on Friday night.
UKMustangFan Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Dee Felice in Covington is a very intimate, romantic setting.

TAC Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Dee Felice in Covington is a very intimate, romantic setting. Love the place, I'd ask for a table in the back. That Jazz band can get pretty loud up front.

I worked at Bouquet for about a year in a half in college, it is really good. They also got their liquor license within the past year or so and expanded as well, I definitely recommend it!
ColonelCrazy Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I think you'll have problems finding any available reservations at this point since it's on a Friday...
B-Ball-fan Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Everything mentioned would be nice. Bouquet is certainly pricey, and if that's what she's hinted at, I can certainly see that being high on the list. Another idea for atmosphere and "possibly" more tables to accommodate you this late in the game could be The Raddison's 360 Revolving Restaurant in Covington with stunning views. It could certainly get pricey as well and I guess it all depends on if you want a big atmosphere, or a smaller more quaint atmosphere. Covington, KY Hotels | Radisson Cincinnati Riverfront | 360 Restuarant

Beechwoodfan Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Can't argue with any of the above. If you like steak, Walts has the best steaks around. Not terribly romantic, but I would love to go there. Just ask for a table in the back, NOT in the bar area.

Beechwoodfan Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Walts Hitching Post at the bottom of Kyles. I know they are known for their ribs, but their steaks are Ruby quality.
