February 6, 201412 yr I know a person who was part of the white house secret service detail during the Clinton years. We were told there were a lot of women shuffled in secretly for Bill and he wasn't alone when it came to the infidelity in that family. Markie Post was also a frequent visitor to the white house but not for Bill. Just thought it was interesting. More, more!

When they came up through the political ranks, being married was a must to further their career and fend off uncomfortable questions. Same reason McConnell married Chao.
