Either way he can do that somewhere else where the administration seems to respect Mr Wolfe's coaching abilities..

With that, I am announcing I am the new Ryle Head Coach. State Champions in 2017 is my goal.

It seems Woolf wants to be a head coach. If he wants to be a head coach, he will need to leave Ryle.

His son will be a senior next year and is still on the team. I'm sure he wants to be around for that. And before anyone says the coach/dad thing, his son is a good ballplayer and earns his time. One of the best LB's one the team if not the best.

I will second that. If the team had the heart and drive Woolfie has they would go unbeaten. He is so much fun to watch.

I can see staying at Ryle one more year for that reason. If I were him, I would not coach at another school next year because of his son's senior year. So if you want to coach this year, you have to stay at Ryle in this situation.

Wasn't particularly pointing at you. And it's certainly not the most common spelling of it. Just figured since so many people were typing it, correctly or incorrectly, I'd offer up the correct spelling.

No offense it is not going to happen every freshman group at Ryle has been the next state champion and guess what it did not happen. But hey I like your humor

We'll take offense to that.. And you like your crow prepared how sir? Over 30 soon to be juniors on this team a good mix of seniors and a great frosh group behind them. Those soon to be juniors were forced to play varsity early took their lumps but got some good experience. By the end of the season there were some brilliant flashes. Also a lot of inconsistency. But these kids have always risen to the top against their age group. So I beg to differ. We don't have a player problem. The other issues are being addressed right now. But hey you're entitled to your opinion. Thats why it's played on the field. Undefeated-no. A good year, much improved yes.

I know the talent there and yes they are very good. But that does not make them State champions, A lot of things must fall in place in order for that to happen and because every time a Ryle team has a great freshman team they say they are going to win a state championship, which was the reference I made to Hellbird who at times has mocked Ryle and at times has loved them and all the people he knows there. I am not knocking a single kid on that team all great but I think we throw around the whole state champion thing a little much. I mean Alabama is still the best TEAM in America but they are not the champions. Plus I think not going the Woolf route will be actually a set back for this group of kids but I will say I hope I am wrong.
