I can tell you that I for sure felt it gave me more energy. I also had daily ankle pain for years caused by breaking it in a car accident and that daily pain disappeared when I took the old XM+. It did suck paying $109 for a product that probably should have been $30 if not for the pyramid. However I continued to pay it b/c I felt it worked. The energy bump could be mental I'm not sure but the pain was gone. With the new product the pain is back and energy isn't there as much.

In the end, yes these products are not cheap but I think the benefits far outweigh the costs. Just an update for anyone that wants to know.

 

I am down 9lbs since Feb 1st. I was 227lbs on that date and this morning weighed in at 217.8 and feeling great. I have consistently been taking the XM+ drink as well as mixing in the SmartMix. I have taken the XM Burn supplements for the past 2 weeks and that has helped curve my appetite in the afternoons after lunch.

 

I utilize the Zija Web app to plug in everything I eat and it has programmed a plan for me to cap my daily calories at 2800 a day. My goal on April 1st was to lose 10lbs in April. I was 222lbs at that time and I am heading toward that goal, not sure if I will get to 212lbs by next week but everyday I am either staying at the same weight or dropping.

 

I am a huge fan of these products as they have not only helped me lose weight but they have helped in recovery from workouts, the anti-inflammatorys have helped eliminate the arthritis pain in my foot and I just feel a ton better.
