Who will be the next qb at Louisville? Does this mean Zeke Pike get moved to qb?

There's a shocker.

Zeke Pike isn't even on the team any more, I'm pretty sure. Even if he was, he'd never play QB. Will Gardner will start next year.

I think a lot of people would. Not a far reach considering he has moved up to the top 5 on some draft boards.

That's fine... Look how well RG3's NFL career is going so far. The guy has been healthy five minutes since he's been in the league. Regardless of the player, give me a pocket passer over a scrambling QB any day. Yes, the scramblers can make things happen, but their durability is far less than a true pocket QB. I guess it really just depends on which style QB you prefer.

Congrats and I hope this young man great success in the NFL. Classy young man.

Does Houston pick first?

Yes.

Yes.

I don't pay as much attention to the NFL, but do you think that organization will be pressured to take Manziel?

And I'm with you on skepticism regarding college QB's. I'd take Teddy first if the decision was mine, but I also think Manziel has proven himself more against tougher competition.

How certain is it that they'll take a QB? This seems like the kind of year to go a different route.

The pressure years ago was to go with Reggie Bush and to a lesser extent Vince Young who too was a hometown kid. They drafted Mario Williams. Not sure how it will change with O'Brien as coach or if that even plays much of a factor in their decision making.

Do you think they go with Teddy?

Teddy or a guy who plays hard part time and somewhat likes football but loves money.
