I just saw them the one time, but I thought they had some really nice players. While it was just one game, watching them play gave me the sense that they tend to turn it on & turn it off.

That's what makes it so awesome. Thursday through Monday with top notch competition. Love it!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to have to plan better next year so I can be there more.

When Will Parker (6-7 C) and Steve Julian (6-5 W) get going, they can be tough to beat. Downside is the backcourt struggles with pressure from time to time.

To me, Male's only losing to Ballard by 3 speaks volumes about what they can do when they are on.

Without knowing, I would say Male's bigs destroyed Cordia. Cordia really needs Hines to get to where they want to go.

Agree. After seeing Cordia play against New Cath, I remarked to someone sitting beside me that it was a very good thing that Cordia got Cunningham. I really don't know what kind of squad they'd have without him.

 

I think Keita will get SO MUCH BETTER as the year progresses. I really think the kid has a lot of communication problems right now. Those will only get better as he continues to get immersed in the English language. I wouldn't be surprised to see him get past the language barrier and the light to just really come on. If things appear to just suddenly "click" for him, methinks that this could be a huge part of the explanation.
