Tomorrow at 3:00 Breds and Lions "get it on". What say you????

Hope to be there if I get off work in time, having Breds hoops withdrawl.

I'm guessing NCC in the 8-10 range. They'll be fresh and just plain better.

I think it's going to be a great game. Will be my first live look at both teams.

Some Keys to the Game:

How does NCC handle Cordia's pressure, especially since NCC is going to have played lots of games in different cities over such a short amount of time?

How well can Keita and Cordia's bigs defend NCC in the post?

Will Cordia play disciplined enough defense in the half court to keep NCC from picking them apart (especially guarding the ball in the high post and bumping cutters).

Upset...Cordia by 1 in OT

It will probably be considered an upset if Cordia wins, but I don't think it'd necessarily be a huge one, especially with NCC having played the games they have lately and their propensity to fatigue and blow big leads.

I think the Breds get the win for the simple fact that they have more talent 1-6 but they will have the hands full with Christen Cunningham.

Newcath's size will be too much for Cordia to handle but I think we see a close game with the Breds winning by no more than 10.

Really hoping for a Newcath PRP rematch on Sat so I can attend and then a Newcath KCC final.

NCC by 6

How so? Have you seen Cordia? Their twin towers may not be as skilled, nor as thick... but they are more athletic and 7 foot tall is pretty big last time I checked

I think NCC wins because Cordia did not appear to have a deep bench. I thought for sure Warren would beat them because of this.

Cordia's PG is good. Has to be in the discussion as best in the state.

NCC by double digits. I don't think Cordia has any type of answer for NCC bigs, and NCC, though they may not have a Christen Cunningham on their team, does have very solid guard play. Personally I would be surprised if this game is very close halfway through the 3rd quarter. But I've been wrong before.

And whatever pressure Cordia may bring...I'm sure it's nowhere close to what NCC has already seen in Ballard. Plus, I didn't see all that much pressure from Cordia against WC yesterday, particularly in the half court. where they packed in a 2-3 zone pretty much most of if not the whole game. That surprised me a little.

NewCath by 8. Now when Cordia gets their guys eligible, different ball game. I think NewCath has too much inside right now and Moeves can knock it down.
