Is The SEC Overrated This Year???

Featured Replies

If Alabama had been playing FSU last night, I think there would be a whole lot more talk about the SEC being down this morning.

Yeah because Alabama really struggled yesterday, Bama hitting on all cylinders right now too. FSU and Bama is THE game I want to see!

Agree. The SEC is only less dominant this year when compared with the SEC of old if anything.

Some of the change simply due to the new kids on the block, who rightfully decided to flee the Texas and 11 Dwarfs Conference.

SEC is very top heavy then blah.

Top heavy with 8 teams haha

Georgia is decimated by injuries.

Florida is about decimated with injuries.

South Carolina is starting their choke early.

Missouri is a paper tiger.......

With that said, outside Florida St. and Oregon, the rest of the country is looking blah....

Top heavy with 8 teams haha

Maybe half of those 8 are legit this year, the others just get credit for being in the SEC.

The SEC is loaded. They are just finally beating each other up instead of 2 teams beating everyone.

Put me in the camp that isn't sold on Alabama being the supreme being that everyone makes them out to be.

This is how I see it.

I would rank Alabama #1, but I also think there is a very narrow gap between them & FSU/Oregon.
