Horrible tackling. The back was slow and ran pretty upright. No player even attempted a decent form tackle, even though there were plenty of clear shots. Dude wasn't exactly elusive.

THIS!!! There are girls that could run past these poor fellows. Sad attempts at tackling IMO.

It also looks like gang tackling isn't taught up there either. It looked like one of those old Kung Fu movies where each tackler waited their turn to launch their attack.

Watch some more Canadian football games on youtube. I really would venture to say some Junior High football teams could beat some of them... No tackling, half the time the line jumps and they don't call it, terrible blocking, it's just completely horrendous to watch.

I have to agree with poor tackling! Trying to grab way to high on this guy and the only one that went low did not keep his head up.

I like the guy who positions himself to go low for the tackle and waits for the ball carrier to run into him.

 

It truly resembles a quality middle school play.

Kind of reminded me of something I would see in a Rambo movie.

Very poor technique(s). If you wait for him to come to you, you will get trucked more often than not.

That was god awful, only watched the 1st 1:35 the two turnovers were just sad plays. :ohbrother:

It wasn't poor tackling nor a great run but the "flash trap" ball fake by the QB is what sold the play and opened up that hole...LOL

I agree... the entire defense stood in awe at such an awe inspiring display of ball handling.
