You have to build a foundation to have a successful season and Coach Wolford did not do that. He poured a poor base for a season that has such high expectations. That is why the "building" is swaying and looking like it is close to crumbling on Oct 4 if things don't change. Tigers are on the verge of having a much different season than anyone expected. Not good and hope I'm wrong!

 

Are those the fillings inside the program or just bitter alumni who are upset that they lost to BG again?

 

It's a process and I think playing teams like BG, Moeller, and Central before October 4th will be very benefical for the team as a whole.

I expressed concern about this hire from day one. It could still turn out brilliant....BUT, there's more bad than good that can come out. Will is in the HOF and was on the Board.....what, just what if, he's a bust?

I posted this in another thread but it is relevant here. "Run the ball play action and play sound defense instead of blitzing every play. Much better game plan for X. Can't do it though, because that's what Glaser did, and Wolford promised he was better than Glaser."

St. x will win vast majority of games. I know i keep tooting horn for purples but they are not your average team you will face most nights. 32 in a row for purples and won against big time programs the past two summers is something opponents need to understand. It will go to x or the rocks to play for the 6a ring. Just keep 16 healthy and don't be afraid to play another qb if your starter struggles. On a side note i thought x had nice facilities, check out mccallie high school out of Chattanooga(Google earth). Purples play there next week. Good luck x, beat the rocks!

I think that's the problem. The qb has been struggling and I'm not sure if Noah will really unseat him when it's really go time.

I am not sure what to think but I am shocked witht the poor D.
