September 7, 201313 yr Author Just got back home, and I gotta say, "Wow, what a night." Leake, after a minor hiccup in the first, pitches lights out the rest of the way. Votto with a couple of hits, scores two, drives in two. Hamilton with another steal electrifies the crowd. And Chapman, well, what more can you say. Made Puig and his teammates look silly in the 9th. The fireworks aferwards were cool, and synced very well with the soundtrack. But, the coolest moment by far, was the Great Eight ceremony. As a kid growing up in the 70's...these guys were my heroes (and I'm not even from the greater Cincinnati area). They were the reason why I started playing baseball myself. So, I ain't gonna lie...I actually shed a few silent tears watching those guys go out on the field once again together. Well done Reds!

September 7, 201313 yr Reds load the bases in the bottom of the 5th, but Bruce strikes out on a pitch at his eyes. Then Ludwick K's as well. :irked: Down 3-2 heading to the 6th.
