Networking...what are they networking for unless they are looking for another job. Why pat expenses for a coach that could be using the time to try to leave your school high and dry?

August 13, 201313 yr KDE not KHSAA I understand. Just making a point of the minutia that the umbrella of the KHSAA covers.

They don't have enough warm bodies to enforce their own rules for transfers, let alone monitor schools and improper benefits for coaches. How do those improprieties get reported? Same as bylaw 6 issues? Oh, and they'll have middle school on their plates too. Again, masters of micromanagement.
August 13, 201313 yr I don't think this will be KHSAA's authority. The "Redbook" is the "bible" of Kentucky school Finance. It will be monitored by Finance Directors and Auditors.
