WOW. He got pulled over because he parked funny? Because of his ink?

I an only imagine the crap the LAPD puts up with but STILL.

Guy doesn't to answer where he is going. He asked a simple question in response and she got her feathers ruffled. Unfortunate.

Wow. She pretty much told him that she was prepared to illegally search his car even if the evidence got thrown out and that she had racially profiled him. Classy lady.

She never brought race into it. She only mentioned the tats. That said she needs a hug or something. Good lord that was unnecessary.

Jeez...somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

I took her calling them gangstas as racially profiling.

Stupid hoodlum....If he would've just worn a long sleeved shirt, this all could've been avoided.

LA has Black, White, Asian and Hispanic Gangsta's

She did profile him as a gangsta due to his and his girlfriends tats...not sure it was racial profiling.

Maybe she saw a gang tat in clear view that was only worn by members of a certain gang.

Either way she did not act in an appropriate matter.

Id say they do not hate it when people assert their rights. They probably don't like it when they're all judged based on the actions of a few though.

Based on the video alone, id say she needs to find a new line of work. Not very professional.

Not sure but a friend of mine would only say to the police officer: "Are we being charged with something?" and "If we are not being charged, may I leave?" and "You do not have my permission to search my vehicle" (He never did anything to prevent the search, just made it clear he did not grant his permission) the police officers were a little irritated at how staunch he was holding to his guns on his rights. After giving them my license knowing I would be cleared when they ran my identity, I just watched in amusement as they got more and more ticked off at him. Not sure what we did that got their attention and suspicion up.

Now whose doing the profiling?:D

My brother and sister-in-law would cause quite an uproar then. Except for their faces, I'm not sure there's an inch of skin between them that isn't inked.

Well unless they had Gang Ink, I doubt many would care.

Who knows? It would be like going to a museum and looking at the paintings....there's so much there, something is BOUND to be offensive to SOMEONE!

This may sound harsh towards women, but IMO women police officers are the worst. They always try to be the tough guy in every situation even if its a traffic stop. I've never gotten a break or have heard of many people getting many breaks on a traffic stop. And for whatever reason, the women cop in Fort Thomas likes to tell at people when she stops them for no reason. I understand why they do it, but man, if a cruiser ever pulls behind me I hope it's male.
