Pangallo is good, but he took aau off. I think their are several guards that have surpassed him in the area. Cory Douglas from Ballard is very impressive, Im surprised the travelers haven't asked about him. In my opinion he is the best player in Louisville for his age group.

He's 6'9 maybe a inch or two more.

Spalding certainly has the highest ceiling in 2015 but until he realizes that, he isn't tops in the state.

He's coming right along. I attribute his passive timid playing style due to something in his personal life. But he's realizing it sooner than later.

Hope he does come in to his own...great kid off the court too with a lot of upside.

I think James Bolden, Ray Spalding, and Cam Justice are obvious selections and can be in any order 1-3.

 

After that, you have a lot of kids making a case to be not only top 10, but also top 20.

 

I do think Zach Pangallo of Newcath is a top 20 kid for this class. The problem is that he is also a standout baseball player so he doesn't play AAU ball. I know he is already garnering Division I and II interest for hoops and I'd put him up against the majority of the other pg's listed in this thread. Here is some video of him against Holmes last year:

 

 

#11 in the above video...I know it is only a few clips but notice how smooth his jump shot is and how well he sees the floor and find teammates. Also hit the shot that sent the game to OT after Holmes took a 2 pt lead on a Bolden 3 with under 10 secs left.

Nick Seibert...will play at Cincinnati Christian next year. Had the game of his life that night. I believe in the rematch with Holmes in the region tourney he was held to 2 pts. Great kid though that will have a solid collegiate career.

Was wondering the same...even though he didn't play AAU, I know he has put in a lot of work over the summer in the gym to work on his game.

 

If there are 20 better basketball players in 2015 better than Pangallo, this state is loaded with talent for that class.

Walter, please explain to me how you have Pangallo ranked as a top player in the state for the class of 2015 yet in the 9th region preview you list 2 kids of the same 2015 class ahead of him. Bo Schuh and B. Stanley? All great players, just wondering why these 2 don't get your blessing to be mentioned in the state's elite yet Pangallo does??
