Attorneys are going to be giving their closing statements today and then the jury will deliberate.

If Nic Richie looses this case it will be detrimental to all website owners including this website. If an owner can be held liable for things members post then it doesn't matter if you have rules or moderators you can still be at fault. I would think Guru would be rooting for Nik. 1 bad source and he could loose everything.
