Was very good defensive player as well

.........One of the best baseball trivia questions I've ever seen (Good Luck!):

Four players in MLB history are the all-time home run hitters on their team at two different positions (i.e., has hit the most homers on the team playing shortstop and also hit the most home runs playing 2B...as an example). For the Reds, for example, no one has the most home runs at two different positions, so Big Klu has the 1B record, Larkin at SS, Perez at 3B, Dunn in LF, etc.

Two hints: there are two in each league (today's leagues). Only one of the four is the all-time HR hitting DH on their team.

Good luck. Extra props if you can name the two positions they have the all-time HR mark on their respective club.

Is Craig Biggio one of them? Second base and catcher for the Astros? The parentheses made me think it would be a team that has changed leagues.

Thome?

Biggio, Baines, and Thome are all wrong. Just to help a little, my incorrect guesses were Yount, Molitor, Frank Thomas and Tony Perez. I got one of the 4 correct.

Had some fun with our friend LRCW, and while he was stumped, he loves the question. All 4 players are well known, no obscure guys.

Clyde, off-line, got one correct (the same one that I originally got).

I'm going to guess Harold Baines as another. DH and RF for the White Sox?

Jut for the record, Baines has neither for the White Sox (Hurt and Konerko) but does have DH record for Orioles.

My first guess was right. After that...not so good.

Ernie Banks?

Nicely done.

Well done, that is one. All time bombs for Cubs at SS and 1B.

Thank you. How about Harmon Killebrew at 1B and 3B or OF for the Twins?

My DH pick would of been Thome but if not him Palmeiro?

Palmeiro is the 2nd correct one. DH and 1B for the Rangers.
