If the PS4 comes in at $399 I don't really see much of a difference.

The Xbox One will include the Kinect so it equals out IMO.

The PS4, if they still are working with the Move, then that is sold separate and will probably cost $99 or more, and if so then the two systems are even.

And if they come in at different price points that means your basic generic bottom dollar PS4 is $100 less than the Xbox One. Wonder how generic the PS4 lower end is gonna be?

It's all subjective.

Xbox might of became the better system in the end, but it didn't start that way. 360 was far less powerful and had way more problems to start.

Didn't say it didn't but you're not gonna get people to change opinions or whatever. That's why it's subjective, for the most part Xbox players stick with Xbox, and Ps3 with Sony.

How can an opinion my true or untrue?

I voted Playstation 4 before their E3 presentation. If Microsoft doesn't make an adjustment, they are in serious, serious trouble.

Will either one of them be backwards compatible?
I don't think so.

No.

What type of adjustment?

What type of adjustment?

They'd better rethink their used game policy for starters. It probably wouldn't hurt for them to rethink the price too. Hardcore fans won't care either way, but the casual gamer will care very much about both of those.

To be clear, I'm saying Microsoft needs to make the adjustment.

When you take everything into account, I'm not sure how Sony loses in terms of world wide sales. I doubt the Xbox one sells very well in Japan, I wouldn't even launch there. I believe Microsoft stated their TV functionality will not be launching outside the US, not sure when that will go global. With their console and games being region locked, that is huge in Europe and places like Australia. So those places will not be able to order US consoles to get around their jacked up prices. Then there is the whole used game and online check in thing.

So to me, it only comes down to who does better here in the USA. Even with Xbox One not having the luxury of launching one year before the PS4, I would look for sales to be somewhat close here in the states. But even with all the negative pub and price of the Xbox One, I wouldn't be surprised if they were higher in US sales.
