Witnesses said they saw two men running from the building, one jumping in a car, the other fleeing into the woods.

 

People living under the apartment said they had heard a loud noise.

...wow. That makes me feel sick to think about. That's just unfathomably horrible....to have your sister and your daughter be murdered - and within a few miles of each other, no less.

Just typing her name into Google, it looks like Candy Briede has had quite a few arrests as well. This sounds like a heck of a troubled family.

I am told the victim just finished her Freshman year at Thomas More and she was on an academic scholarship.

I guess I am just long in the tooth, I don't believe a personal Twitter account (assuming that is what it is) is the right place to announce anything. Didn't we have something similar when Sanders used his Twitter account to "bash" Sarah Jones and Eric Deters?

 

Maybe if it was the official Twitter account of his office and connected to his official website it would be fine like CC suggested.

 

And for everyone, I don't know Rob Sanders and I do not have any issue with him other than I think he needs to re-examine his use of Twitter.

 

I agree with the bolded. Nothing wrong w/ Twitter as a means of breaking news since it is an accepted form of media. It would be much better coming from an official handle, not from his personal handle.

How do you trust humanity if you are a member of that family? Two women dead from brutal acts of violence. My heart goes out to them, especially this young woman's mother.
