Best back in the state isn't in Louisville. Damien Harris at Madison Southern.

 

Don't know much about him but a friend from the area said he's a special one.

He will be a Jr. this year...he holds about 25 scholarship offers right now...including Florida, Tennessee, Notre Dame, and so on and so forth...so yeah, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say he's a wee bit better than X's backs, or anybody’s in this state for that matter.

Everything you need to now about what? I'm pretty sure I wasn't the only me who didn't know about him. I only follow louisville football which is why I started the thread to find out more. I'm having trouble comprehending the need for rudeness and sarcasm. I just wanted input, nobody said to take shots at people. But I googled the kid, he's obviously big time.

I listed him first but he's not even playing running back this season.

I think Blue Tisdale from Bowling Green will be a force this year. He is a threat rushing and receiving. The Purples are loaded after only losing 5 players to graduation.

Bourbon will have a kid named Brent Holman (Jr.) who is pretty good. Hasn't really been showcased because there was some other kid there the last two seasons. lol

 

Don't think he is "the" best, but a lot of people will be surprised by him, this year.

The Harris kid at Madison Southern is the best player ever at that school, IMO.

West Jessamine has a good one, too. Can't remember his name... Big, punishing kid.

Tisdale is a great athlete all the way around. BG should stretch their winning streak to 45 this year imo.

Damien Harris could be the best player to come from KY, ever. The kid is legit as they get. I drove to Harlan Co to watch him play last year. He made HC look foolish at times, if he had any help, MS might have beat them. (HC peeps I said might, relax haha) In that game, he got really no help from up front and did most of it himself, from my opinion. If he stays healthy and goes to the right system, kid has a shot at the league. All IMO of course.

Who does he play for? Saying he could be the best ever to come out of the state is pretty high praise considering Shaun Alexander came out of this state and was a pretty darn good RB in both College at Alabama and the NFL.
