The 15th and 16th region has alot of young talent.

There is a lot of great young talent in the 16th. There is zero young talent in the rest of the state. No young talents in the 13th, 11th, 6th, and 7th regions.

IMO I would also take the 16th over the 9th or 10th. Oh, I am sorry Stripes3 I am just trying to be as sarcastic as you but I do not possess your talents. I also do not possess your dislike of the Faulkner twins which is what your last two comments are directed at in a round about way isn't it? Your track record shows this and they are in the 16th and are young talents.

Is it the kids fault that there are more posters on here from the 16th? I think not. Stripes 3 I know there are 15 other regions in this great basketball state of ours, but why do you continually dog the 16th? You can say you dont but you have no evidence of that. You are really down on the Faulkners. And its really a shame

O.K. you got me. But I still think the 8th is not in the bottom. But again you win.

Some of the 10th region's schools are probably going to be a different team then last year, like some of the weaker schools maybe a contender, and some of the tough schools may not do as good as some expect, due to mostly graduation, so it'll be interesting to see what happens.

The 16th Region had a record of: 31 WINS, 14 Lossess vs. the 14th and 15th region...

 

Specifically the 16th was 13-6 vs the 14th region and went 18-8 vs. the 15th region....that is ALL TEAMS calculations....

 

That should take the 16th OUT of consideration for the WEAKEST at least.

How many of those W's was against Piarist, and David?

 

And I noticed you said all teams now, I'll take the top 5 from the 15th against the top 5 of the 16th anyday of the week.

Rose Hill played David and Piarist and Lewis Co. played Piarist once I think.

 

Take away Rose Hill's 6-2 record vs. 15th region and you still have the 16th region with a record of 12-6 vs. the 15th region.

BTW, can you relay some information regarding outstanding performances, teams, etc...as you begin to see various AAU teams/players play. You could help recognize talent throughout the bluegrass state if you get a chance to evaluate them.

 

Most of us never get a chance to see Northern, Central, or Western Kentucky as the same could be said about those other regions of the state seeing the other parts as well.

 

For example, Tates Creek sophomore Michael Sparks made 2nd team All-City I believe...who is he playing with? Interested in seeing his progress....he's a nice player. I saw him play as a Freshman and had a nice jumper although they lost to Morgan County, he showed a great deal of promise....and had a very fluid, fundamental stroke.
